A great War engulfed the world which lasted 200 years, leveling nations and their history from the face of the Earth; from its ruins a new world emerges in where a country's territorial expansions is just limited by the size of its Community, or Metropolis. Society lies divided in classes and those with wealth wield the power, while the underlings summit themselves to the rule; this is thanks to the robotic technologies created to keep Law and Order, and to control the lower class populous; in some instances these technologies will in fact be use to attack smaller communities and to expand the rule of law.

Now a new war rages between to powerful empires, Germania and Oceania; one bent on taking the other, with no end in sight...

In between the shadow of the warring factions lies a group of fugitives and hoodlums residing in the uncontrolled Badlands who employ a Competition Sport in where Robots are used to fight, and steal, often getting the nerves of the Power structure; they refused to summit and to side with either side of the conflict, and are often persecuted...

The inhabitants of the Badlands are known as The Wreckers.

Robot), hosts and writers of the TV Cult comedy Mystery Science Theater 3000 are asking fans of the show to do the impossible; a nationwide simulcast live show to riff the worst piece of crap ever to be conceived into a film franchise...
