Jim is back on his weekly Jimquisition and guess who take the word of the Jim Fucking Sterling Son - Digital Homicide, on this special anniversary video of the infamously famous takedown and later Jimquisition responds, the two have been locked in a bitter war of words running for a year now. Jim recaps the list of questionable practices the Studio has done  since their infamous interview back in the summer and the threat of legal action of DH againt Jim if he doesn't stop.

For Starters - some of you may have heard of Jim Sterling (Thank God for him), one of many video game critics on Youtube best known for his series the Jimqusition (formerly on the Escapist): he has been known for having at times a controversial way of saying things, BUT with a good reason.   Digital Homicide suing Jim Sterling for $10millionNotorious shit fest developer Digital Homicide has filed a $10 million lawsuit agaisnt Jim Sterling for Defamation and Damages in an Arizona court - the Studio is representing themselves in the suit. The news is spreading fast, as Channel Awesome AngryJoe and Boogie had express shock and solidarity with Jim on twitter and even Mundanematt has sided with Jim on his Youtube channel.
